Boil milk in a small sauce pan in low flame, add all spices and boil until simmering milk into 4-5 cups.
Add 6.5 teaspoon tea and boil for 4-5 minutes
Pour the tea through a tea strainer into your serving cup, put ginger.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar or honey in each cup.
Enjoy the tea.
Ginger Cardamom Tea
Ingredients
2 cups water
4 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
6 teaspoonsMeadow Tea
1-1/2 cups Meadow milk
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine water, honey, ginger and cardamom; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over tea bags in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Steep 3-5 minutes according to taste. Strain tea into saucepan, discarding ginger and tea bags. Stir in milk; heat through.
